Minicourse with Dominique Wolton

On May 31, 2022, the Brazil office of Revista Hermès (CNRS – France) and the UNESCO/UMESP Chair of Communication will promote a mini-course with the French sociologist and political scientist Dominique Wolton. The course will take place in a hybrid format, in person and online. It will happen from 7 pm to 10 pm(Brazil time) in the Iota auditorium of the Universidade Metodista de São Paulo and through the Youtube plataform.

The mini-course will address issues such as: Communication?

An essential political issue of this century, in which differences have never been more visible and violent.
How can we prevent fear from turning into hatred towards the other?
How can we succeed in negotiations and coexistence?
How to prefer words to blowings out?

This mini-course is intended for students, professors/teachers, professionals in the areas of Communication, Management, Law, Politics, Social Sciences and anyone else interested in this topic.
The course will be in French with consecutive translation into Portuguese.
